Textile Gardens

The majority of my artwork inspired by gardens portrays my own garden, a place I not only shape, but live with each day through changing light and seasons. This is a garden on the edge of anarchy, lush green growth in a wooded valley.

My interest is in how plants grow together and although my work is representational I am not a botanical artist. My artwork indulges, as my garden does, in an exuberance of growth and flowering.
